FAQ - Frequently asked questionsHow to enter and retrieve information?After the registration you will see under the headline the main control parameters: ENTER and SEARCH. After clicking one of them, a menu will appear in the left column from which you can choose what you want to search for (vehicle, load, or company) or what do you want to enter.
How do I find the particulars of the selected items?In the TIPTrans system we use so called “pull-down” menus. You need only to click the title title line that you are interested in) and you will see all the details pertinent to the searched item.
How can I modify the information about my company?Click your PROFILE and look at the menu on the left hand side. This menu will guide you how to record your company’s documentation, change the contacts in the company, review your own notes, look up your favorite items and messenger news. The details about your Credit Score (the extent of your activity in the system), your rating (obtained by other participating companies), the status of your company and about the balance on your subscription can be found on the page My information.
